The project integrates a modern convenience store with multiple rental retail units, creating a flexible and scalable retail environment suited for daily-use services and neighborhood commerce.

The building façade is articulated with a balanced mix of brick masonry, natural stone, and expansive glazing, establishing a strong street presence and inviting transparency. A centrally highlighted volume with a sloped roof element marks the primary entrance, enhancing visibility and orientation for visitors while creating a distinct architectural identity along the retail frontage.

Driven by BIM-based coordination and detailed documentation, the Retail reflects a modern retail prototype that balances functionality, brand presence, and long-term operational flexibility.
