WHO WE ARE?

Founder Mr. Prashant Sheth started his civil - engineering consultancy services in small room with Individual dwelling unit project.
Since our inception in 1989, we have carried out several innovative and prestigious projects in various fields of architecture. Meticulous and lateral thinking have been the precepts to shape our designs. From the right materials election to the standard of workmanship, efforts have been put to ensure quality of finished product. In 1989 firm was known as M/s. Prashant Sheth Architect & Engineers, later in 2012, we converted ourselves into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), renamed as Sheth Design Consultants LLP. Firm’s core competency was in architecture and engineering services. Furthermore, Ar. Manan Sheth, our second promoter joined since 2011 and since then, SDC has expanded its wings by securing many projects in various fields like Landscape design, Interior design, Urban design, and outsourcing services. On conversion from Proprietary firm to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), we have addressed large scale projects and brought a vast change in the field of innovative architecture and design. We are empaneled with government and semi-government companies, with Bank of Baroda for  Surat Region since  more than 5 years, New India  Assurance since  more than 2 years, and Working for Surat  Municipal  Corporation  for architectural, structural, landscape and Interior projects  since more than 5  years.
